Step 1

Initial Enquiry

Reach out to us through our Contact Us page or feel free to pick up the phone, we love a chat! We’ll introduce ourselves and get to know you and your dreams. If it seems like we make a great team, we will arrange to meet in person at your property.

Step 2

Meet On Site

We have a face to face where we go through your plans (whether they are just in your head or on paper already) and start to chat timelines, documentation and how it would all fall into place. This is a totally commitment free chat that won’t cost you anything! We want to make sure that we will be the best partner possible throughout your building or renovating journey.

Step 3

Coordinate with Consultants

If you have architectural plans and are all over the design component of your build, great! If you’re starting from scratch, that’s still great! We can help you get on board the consultants that will document your plans from your land surveyor to your architect to your structural engineer.

Step 4

Quote Given and Contracts Signed

Once your perfect design has completely documented, we then provide a fixed lump sum price for the execution and build of your dreams. We like to spell it out, nice and clear from day one. We go through it with you and break it down into time frames and make sure you are completely happy with everything it entails. You then sign on the dotted line and we get to work!

Step 5

Build Starts

This is where the magic happens! This is the most exciting phase of your building journey as you can see your vision come to life. From the concrete slab to the polishing of the tapware, we will be with you every step of the way. We’ve got a select team of trades that we use on all our projects. It’s a very close knit team, so you will love the friendly and positive environment of your job site.

Step 6

After Care

At the end of the build we walk through and make sure that everything is neat and tidy and 100%. We then hand over the set of keys to your new home and we look forward to enjoying a glass of champagne together! You have the peace of mind knowing we have provided great quality craftsmanship and that if anything ever pops up, we are just a phone call away.
