Adam is a third generation Gold Coast local and has 25 years construction experience.
During his career Adam had fulfilled numerous roles from Estimator, Contract Administrator, Design Manager and Project Manager before deciding to establish his own Business, Evbuilt.
The invaluable experience gained had Adam working on projects throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW with many leading industry Developers and Consultants. Many of those relationships particularly with Consultants still exist today and are the source of much of Evbuilt’s workload.

Steve O’Malley
Owner
A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Steve has almost 50 years of experience in the industry with 40 years of that working in SEQ.
During a lengthy career Steve has undertaken a variety of roles from Contract Administrator, Cost Planner/Estimator, Project Manager to Business Manager for a major SEQ Contractor.
In 2009 Steve along with another partner established a Brisbane based company Platinum Projects (now PPQ Group) and after a highly successful 11 years decided to retire. Unfortunately Steve’s passion for the industry ended a very brief retirement and he decided to join Adam at Evbuilt.
During the course of his career Steve has held a Senior Management role in the delivery of a number of multi million dollar developments across SEQ. Those projects range in value from $5m to $125m and covered all sectors of the industry from Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, Aged Care and Civil.
Brian Gabriel
Senior Project Manager
Brian has been involved in the GC and Brisbane construction industry for more than 40 years.
Progressing from a Carpentry apprenticeship in 1979 to qualified Tradesman and ultimately to Project Manager. Brian went on to become a joint owner of the former Glenzeil Building company, which prior to its demise in 2014, was one of the Gold Coasts most respected construction companies with a portfolio of completed projects in SEQ that would have been the envy of most Builders.
Brian has a comprehensive knowledge of construction backed up by his several Diplomas in Building, Project Management and Engineering as well as Business Administration. Brian also possesses an Open Building Supervisor licence.
Brian is well versed in an extensive range of projects across all sectors of the industry which enables him to provide balanced and experienced leadership not only to Evbuilt staff but to Subcontractors and all Project Stakeholders.
There would not be a Client that Brian has worked with that has not enjoyed the experience and admired both his knowledge and professionalism.
Keith Walters
Senior Project Manager
Keith has almost 40 years of experience in the industry largely in SEQ working for both Clients and Contractors. He brings extensive technical and commercial knowledge to Evbuilt.
After commencing his construction career as a Cadet, Keith soon progressed to a Contract Administrators role and then on to Project Manager. Keith has delivered numerous projects from concept design phase through to completion.
In 2007 Keith took to the opportunity expand his experience working as a Client Side Project Manager in Abu Dhabi where he was part of a team responsible for the delivery of two hotel developments.
Since returning to Australia in 2012 Keith has continued to work for a variety of contractors in SEQ delivering design and construct residential projects. Keith always provides exceptional service that is over and above the Clients expectations.

Safety
Driven by it’s owners, the company is focused on achieving zero harm on its sites. Prior to commencing work, the project team will undertake a full risk assessment and identify areas of concern via an internal Construction Management Plan. Whilst under construction all Evbuilt sites will be the subject of ongoing safety inspections by our appointed safety managers.
Project Management
Our Construction Management System Procore teamed with 1Breadcrumb is used extensively for our project management, quality and safety and project financials.
Financial Reporting
Our financial control and accounting system is controlled using Jonas Premier.
